The original, partially disbound, book used for scanning covers the counties of Berkshire Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

The total size is more than can be fitted on one CD so the three counties have been published on separate CDs. The Advertisements section of the original book has been included on all three publications.

Unusually, the county map has survived though use over the years has resulted in tears/rucks, especially at the folds, making scanning difficult. The map has been scanned as six overlapping tiles.

This publication comprises:
Indexes;
Oxfordshire Information;
Towns and Villages Directory;
Private Residents Directory;
Trades Directory;
Advertisements.

Some of the scanned pages appear not to be straight. This is a feature of the original book. Some page corners appear clipped. This is a result of having to angle the page to compensate for skewed print.
