The Herefordshire Family History Society was formed in 1980. We are a member of the Federation of Family History Societies and a Registered Charity, No. 517785. Our membership has increased over the years to approximately 850 members worldwide.

The Society publishes a quarterly Journal, free to Members, which includes helpful articles, members interests, and a query and help section. Articles submitted for publication by members are always welcomed. Meetings are held every 3rd Friday of the month and a speaker is usually invited.
