"A drunken worthless creature" - notes on parishioners in East Ilsley, 1831

A5 Booklet by Kay Sanderson (East Ilsley Local History Society) - Candid comments on the character of the people living in the village in 1831. The notes were written by the resident curate for the benefit of the incoming Rector and are often quite scurrilous! The booklet also contains a map and terrier, showing where each family lived.
