Bedford & Ampthill Wesleyan Methodist Circuits - Volume One - Baptisms 1810-1849

The Bedford and Ampthill Wesleyan Methodist Circuit was created early in the nineteenth century.  The 1837 preaching plan for the circuit shows places of worship at Ampthill, Bedford, Biddenham, Bromham, Cardington, Clapham, Clophill, Felmersham, Haynes, Houghton Conquest, Kempston, Lidlington, Marston Moretaine, Milton Ernest, Pavenham, Ravensden, Ridgmont, Turvey, Wilstead and Wootton [all Bedfordshire].  This volume is a transcription of the various registers of baptisms and burials held at Bedfordshire and Luton Archive Service covering the period 1810 to 1849 inclusive.
