In compliance with the terms and conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) I hereby confirm and accept that upon joining Morley and District Family History Group (M&D FHG) for my personal information to be stored in a retrieval system, shown in the journal issued to members of M&D FHG, and saved as a hard copy. I also agree that the Membership Secretary can contact me by letter, phone or by e-mail should the need arise. If I decide not to renew my membership, or my membership of M & D FHG lapses, I request that all my personal information will be deleted from all retrieval systems (electronic, or paper hard copy) after ninety (90) days of my membership expiring.
