This is a document of unknown origin or date though from the dates in the document and its condition and the handwriting used it would appear to have been created in the early 1900's. There is no full family tree as such and the document is mainly descriptive with source references. There are a few limited small trees in the document. It is possible a full tree could be created. Dates are from approximately 1100 through to the end of the 1800's. The first entry being from the foundation of Wetheral Priory circa 1092-1112 by Ranulph de Meschines. Some parts are Latin, usually when quoting from other sources, but the majority is in English. The images are sufficiently high resolution to print them on A4 even though the original pages were larger, use 'fit to page' or a scale of 150% to print.
